This is our Barrel Aged Hot Sauce.
Gold Star winner at the Great Taste Awards 2018.
This unique sauce has been aged in a West Cork Distillers’ barrel, that has produced some of Ireland’s finest whiskey, for 62 days during which it absorbed the beautifully rich flavours from the wood.
It's sharp and spicy undertones and delicious afterglow reminds the owner of the beautiful combination of hot sauce and whiskey.
Carefully made, aged, and bottled by hand in Cork City, we hope you enjoy using it as much as we did making it.
