Returns & Refunds Policy:
If you have an issue with any of the products you purchased from our website please contact us within 3 days after receiving your order at orders@vivamexico.ie or by telephone number at +353 866052294 and our Customer Care team we will be able to assist you.
If when you receive your order you notice visible damage to the package, please notify to the courier on the spot and contact us at orders@vivamexico.ie so we can replace any damaged items. Please also forward photographic evidence of the damaged package and broken/damaged items so we can use that as evidence when reporting the issue to the courier company.
Depending on each case our Viva Mexico Products Customer Care team review each individual case and contact you with a resolution within 5 working days from receiving your message and may offer you a partial refund, full refund or replacement of your money/item based on the information you provided to us and we ensure you our commitment to guarantee your customer satisfaction as this is Viva Mexico Products priority.
Returns:
If for some reason you wish to return a product, please contact us within 10 working days of receiving your order at orders@vivamexico.ie stating the reason for return.
Please make sure to contact our online Customer Care team before returning goods so that a collection can be organized. We cannot account for any unauthorized returns through alternative post/courier methods.
Cancelling Your Order:
You may cancel your order by notifying us in writing at any time up to 10 days after your products have been delivered. The notification should state your order number and reason for cancellation. If you cancel your order after we have dispatched the products then you must return the products to us in a securely wrapped parcel to 2 Saint Brigids Terrace, Rathcormac, Co. Cork, P61PF51, Republic of Ireland. The products should be returned in good condition and unopened. We recommend the use of a recorded delivery service. You can no longer cancel your order once you have opened the product containers or used the products. However, your statutory rights regarding quality will remain unaffected.
