Our Red Chilli, which won the Gold award in the Blas Na hEireann Irish Food Awards, is bursting with flavour thanks to the combination of lemongrass and ginger.
It is ideal to pour over chicken, fish, pastas and salads. It can also be used as a dip or a marinade and is great to add to a sandwich or wrap.
