Chili Tajin Roasted Chickpeas - Healthy Snack

This is a healthy recipe for a syn free snack without the guilt and full of flavours and protein.

You need the following

2 tins of chick peas

Tajin Chili and Lime powder

Fry light spray (1 Cal spray)

Open the cans of chick peas, drain them to remove excess of water (use a colander)

put then on an oven tray and spray fry light 1 cal over the chick peas to cover all the tops

  1. next put plently of Tajin chilli and lime powder all over the chickpeas

put that on the oven to 200 degrees for over 20 minutes until the chick peas are started to be golden. 

Turn off the oven and open the oven door for a few minutes to allow excess of moisture to escape

then close the door of the oven and leave the chickpeas to cool down inside the oven to allow them to be fully dry (but not burn ;-) )

Wait until they are cool and enjoy then as a healthy snack instead of peanuts ... enjoy!
