I’ve purchased several can twice and am ordering more now. The first can I opened was a bunch of pieces, but all others have has beautiful, whole chilies. I used some of the pieces in an omelet. My husband LOVED it. It’s now a staple in our omelets. Being from California and raised on authentic Mexican food, Viva Mexico was a terrific find!

This is GREAT for recipes that need poblano chilly. I couldn't cook them on their own but perfect to cook sauces etc!
