Masa Harina is authentic tortilla corn flour made from ground, dried corn.
Ideal for making masa harina dough for tortillas, empanadas, enchiladas, and huaraches.
This is nixtamalizada flour, meaning it is treated with lime for freshness.
Preparation:
Mix 3 cups of water with the tortilla corn flour and mix until consistency and texture are uniform (generally about 10 minutes). The masa is ready when it doesn't stick in your hands. Make 13 balls of masa of the same size (about golf ball size) and press out into tortillas. This is such a rare & expensive product and we have limited stock so buy today!
